Stretch Class W/ Equipment

Stretch Pilates is a slower pace, but often intense class. We will use the pilates equipment to stretch you head to toe: Reformer, Tower, Chair, Mat, foam roller, and small pressure point balls may be used. Each class is different and designed for what you need that day. I love this three person max class.
