Mix-it-Up - Reformer, Chair and Tower

This class is fun, so be a little worried. We will have the opportunity to use the Chair, Tower, Jump Board, Reformer and all the small equipment in this full body workout. This is a faster flow so expect an increased heart rate and balance challenges.
